Good product
Very finely grains so extremely versatile. I used this in baking - it doesn’t need as much as sugar in a recipe & the results are good. (As always, you have to watch out as it browns more easily in a cake or similar) . Good flavour too.

handy to have as a sugar alternative
I'm trialling a low carb - no sugar regime and need various extra bits to make recipes work. I've read a lot of horror stories about various forms of sweetener but I have to say this seems to work quite well in the baking department.

Horrible as icing but great in food
This was so unbelievably sweet as icing that I couldn't eat it but used it in cheesecakes and it gave a lovely smooth texture and sweet flavour. I hardly used much at a time as it's so sweet. Great product but not for icing as the picture shows
