This product really helps me with my weight. Although, I take up to 1600 mgs instead of the 500 mgs that is suggested on the packaging, to total the amount I was previously taking in capsule form, because anything less than 1600 mgs I don't notice a difference. I love this product because I can adjust dosage as needed since this is in powder form; not in capsules.

This is a ultra poor quality product. The product is a pail yellow which means they either used dead dried out okra or burnt all the green out while processing it. Doesn't remotely taste like okra and does not gell up like a good quality okra powder should. I ended up throwing out the package because it so far removed from what okra looks like, smells like, and taste like I doubted it was actually okra. No way there's anything nutritional left in it. Don't buy this product, it's bad and don't waist your money.

Flavor is fresh and product taste excellent.
