Not only did I get a personal text and my hair picked and shipped expeditiously. The hair was remarkable. I’ve included the pics of new unit below, it was the size I ordered 12 inches, it was even, the lace was perfect. The quality of the hair itself was never a problem. That remained true for this unit as well. The seller is what made this process smooth. Great communication and fast shipping!! Glad to know if there is a problem they will rectify it!!***********************************************************Sooo I have tried to reach the seller to no avail. The good. The hair is soft and really nice looking. However I order 12 inches but clearly received not that. The hair was over plucked in the center part . Looks like an alopecia patient. However because it was delivered @ 6pm on the evening of my husbands birthday party. I had no choice but to try and make it work. But it’s not cool this could be a lasting wig for my get up and go days and it’s NOT!! I need some sort of compensation!

I should've listened to the bad reviews. The wig came in a box that had clearly been used before, smelled like someone had worn it already & returned it, and was basically stuffed into its box without proper packaging. The hair seemed fine but the wig cap was poor quality (loose wig clips + tracks showing around middle part). Not worth the money!

For a curly wig this does not tangle much and when I comb it I only loose like 10 strands of hair? Barely any shedding! This should last ne quite some time.This is barely an issue but if your goal is to buy this and not cut it this is not that. No layering inthe bangs or main length of the wig. Just very blunt.Also I bleached a section for a half hour in the hopes that I could dye it pink, but the hair at 20 minutes stopped at a deep level 4 to 5 orange color and over the next 10 min. got no lighter... Definitely a bummer because I can't find a curly wig already styled with streaks of any bright colors.

Returning immediately. This looks Nothing like the photos. The curl pattern is extremely tight. It started shedding right out of the bag. The length is not 20" no matter how you measure it. Just yuck! You get what you pay for.I'm starting to think Amazon is not the place to buy my wigs. I had one, my first one, that was fire.Everything thereafter has been a major let down.

This was my first wig and it made me to not want to try another wig again. On both sides by the ear it looks like as if I had shaved my hair, so I cut the laces and it looks even worse showing my gray hair. It doesn't fit right and on the top of my head it looks like I have something inside not smooth at all. Overall it made me look like a man with a wig on. I wasn't able to use it for my event it is just stashed in my closet . Sad for spending this much money and not even use it for a day. I do not recommend this item. Do not let the good ratings fool you because I got it because of the ratings as well. Especially if it is your first wig stay away from this product.
