When my printer started skipping words and putting lines on what ever I was printing I knew that it was a fault so I cleaned print heads but no change so I bought new print heads and tried again and problem was solved no my printer is fully functional again with crisp printing and no missing print on text…

Good Ink cartridge, But Initial Recognition Issue
The HP Original 31 Magenta Ink Bottle provides great print quality and a long-lasting yield. However, my printer did not recognize it at first, which was frustrating. Fortunately, HP replaced it immediately, and the new one works perfectly. Great ink overall, just a minor hiccup! 🖨️👍

A much need replacement printhead.
It seems HP Smart Tank printers are supplied with printheads that are not the best quality. Many forums have people complaining about bad print results, especially when printing in black. Replacing the faulty printhead from the printer with HP 6ZA17AE on my HP570 Smart Tank and then doing a full factory reset, has solve all of these issues. No more missing or partly printed pages of text.
