I bought 2 of these bags for delivering DoorDash catering orders. They are nicer than I expected. I’ve delivered 20 plus catering orders and the bag or bags as full as possible. They certainly don’t seem cheap. The only thing I’ve noticed is when you want to close the bag there is a really small section on the corner zippers that’s not quite square so you have to hold the zipper a certain way to zip it. Other than that they are great for delivering. I’ve 4 restaurants comment on how nice they are. You can even use them to keep groceries cold.

Solid product - used it a few times so far, including once to transport food over a lengthy drive to a company outing, and worked well for both warm and cold. Good size, large enough to hold a number of food containers, but not so large that it was hard to carry. Dividers were useful and the velcro attachment held them in place pretty well so the containers did not move. Did the trick for me so would recommend (and nice that I can fold it up to tuck it away since I don’t have a lot of storage space).

I believe others have mentioned that their dividers rip rather quickly at the velcro area. Mine did as well. One is working quite well while the other is laying at the bottom of the bag. I do not take the dividers out frequently so it's not an overuse thing. Poor design it seems. However, for my purposes it has been a great bag. I have been delivering food for a few months now and really wanted something large enough for big pizza boxes. This does that and then some. It does a great job keeping meals hot while I drive around in the winter. I am very glad I made this purchase. If it were not for the flimsy divider it would easily be five stars.For those wondering about sturdiness of the bottom, it is soft sided all around. I have it sitting inside a large plastic bin that is sandwiched between the passenger seat and dash. No sliding around, sturdy and keeps everything at the right temperature. I've had no problems with sturdiness when it comes to carrying it around with heavy orders.

I just started doing food delivery for restaurants. The service provides an insulated bag that, to me, is not of good quality, i.e. no zip, won't accommodate multiple orders. My new bag from "the HOT box" is of superior quality and quite roomy. It also has two moveable divider panels. I just received it and can hardly wait to use it. I want to provide the absolute best service possible to my hungry customers!

The first item delivered was missing the shoulder strap. I initiated a replacement order per the seller as they didn't have extra straps to send out. The seller was willing to send a new item with strap. I just went ahead and did the return through Amazon to not cost the seller an extra item.I began using the item while waiting for the strap. On day three, the stitching failed at the top right front corner as seen in the attached image. That answers the durability question in my mind, although it could have been an isolated issue within manufacturing - remains to be seen. There wasn't any abnormal pressure put on the closure in comparison to my other large bag that doesn't have this problem. I'd say that considering the job this product is expected to do, it has to be much more durable than this.That said, I sincerely hope that the seller can address the durability issue as I really do like the design of the bag. It comes with a shoulder strap that my other large bag does not have. It has about the same footprint, but it's a little taller and a little more rigid with the materials such that it stands upright on its own a little better than my other large bag. It's a little taller than the other bag which helps with the current trend of restaurants packing their own bags as high as possible. And the extra room makes it easier to configure in a variety of ways. It works particularly well with the other smaller drink carries purchased from the same seller.Customer service is outstanding - courteous and responsive. I would be willing to purchase this product again and at a higher price if the durability issue is addressed.

We bought this for groceries and the large volume of takeout during the pandemic. It’s well insulated keeping hot foods hot and cold foods cold. Very pleased with the quality in terms of sturdiness and zipper. It fits a pizza box for a 12-inch pizza max when upright . If you have larger pizzas, you may need a different bag or turn the bag on its side.

The bag looked nice, although a little thin, went camping today, 6-7-21, and the zipper ripped from the lid, rendering it useless. This is the very first time ive used it. Disappointed to say the least.

The bag is very spacious, and can be separated into three parts with the two provided dividers. The dividers are kept on by Velcros on both sides, so it’s not exactly heavy duty, but still gets the job done.The handle straps and the shoulder straps made the large bag easy to carry, and the bag is made sturdy enough to transport food safely.The seller also provided great customer service!
