Original review: I bought this for a three-week cycle touring holiday in Spain. While it seems well-made and is nice and compact, I found that the USB-C plug didn't work consistently, which was extremely unfortunate as it's the one I needed to charge my phone.When the USB-C plug was the only one in use, the power seemed to keep cutting in and out - my phone switched from charging to not-charging every couple of seconds. Bizarrely, it would occasionally work properly when another device was plugged into one of the other USB plugs.Edit: the company reached out to me (despite it being 2 months after purchase) to replace my faulty plug with one that seems to be working perfectly. They also gave the option of a full refund if I didn't want a replacement. Very impressed :)

Used this on every trip to Europe and it's perfect for charging multiple items on the same plug. I would probably get an upgraded version now though with more USBC ports as they seem to be more prevalent.
