Great Flavor!
I didn't take a picture because we ate this caviar so fast! LOL! Just loved the buttery flavor of this caviar. The price was steep, but all in all, it was worth the price.

NOT even close to Beluga
This product was nothing like Beluga caviar. The eggs were very small, totally black and very salty. I was so embarrassed to have paid $319 and served such a low quality caviar. This wasn’t even Osetra grade! Calling it Beluga is false advertising and very deceptive! I hope I get a refund!

this caviar was good. We ate it on blinis with creme fraiche
Wow, this caviar was good. We ate it on blinis with creme fraiche, both purchased from Amazon, along with egg whites, egg yolks, and minced onions. It was a little salty, a little nutty, and lingered on the palate deliciously. Pricey as hell but well worth the money (once in a while...).

BELUGA STURGEON ROCK
I shared a most excellent meal with my sister, niece & grand nephew this evening with the pictured Caviar. Home-made Russian blinis, sour cream, chopped up eggs (chicken), chopped 2015 onion, a fine champaign and, of course, the Caviar made for an extra special dining event. The event gave me a check for my bucket list. The Caviar is magnificent, as advertised.

This is NOT beluga caviar
This is NOT beluga sturgeon caviar. The grains are about 3 times smaller (compare to a James Bond movie) and the taste is different. I am Russian and eat beluga caviar since childhood (I am 61). Beluga sturgent exists only in Kaspian sea (Russia, Iran), not in Italy (unless it is farm grown). So this is a very strange company selling a strange product. Do not buy.
