All I can say is - WOW! This stuff TRULY WORKS. I will definitely be ordering every few months. I was doing yard work all day, and my lower back was killing me. I like A product if it does what it say Papnami stinging Nettle help stop me from getting up every hour at night to urinate or Pee . Now i can get some sleep at night and wake up feeling better.

One of the side effects of this stuff is low blood pressure and extreme tiredness, I have had both for the past four days!!My blood pressure today was a dangerously low 83/53!!!
