I add it to a nutritional shake that I make almost daily. It’s mixed with other things, so I can’t speak to the flavor per se. The quality is very good. I use 1 tbsp per drink and find that perfectly adequate.Sunfood products generally are very high quality and is a brand that I trust.

They have an interesting nutty flavor. I always soak them for an hour to allow for them to expand. I use the Chia seed water to help my evening pills go down better. Heart transplant patient, taking 17 pills a day to stay alive and keep the donor heart at optimal level. I used to gag taking all the stinking pills, but with the Chia seed water goes down like a sliding board. Of course then there's the healthy component aspect

I tried the resealing option on the package several times until I thought I got it. Put it in the pantry and the next person that went in there bumped it and half the bag spilled on the floor. I put it in a Ziploc bag after that but half the product was gone at that point.

I need a powder form of a few additives and this was great she is seeds getting your teeth and get stuck in places in your mouth and I don’t like that so this chair powder is awesome to add to your smoothies perfect
