Did not come with the one year 365 subscription
So far everything seems to be good, except the 1 year subscription to Microsoft 365 which was supposed to come with the purchase, it's trying to only give one month...my Girlfriend is setting up the computer as I write this review...I would like that fixed

I really like the size of this computer.
I am very happy with this computer. The price was very good. It is small and that is important because I will be taking it back and forth to work. The keyboard is still full size and the keys are in the correct place for someone like me that actually types. I do miss the keypad but for the smaller size, I will get used to it. Thank you, HP.

Got my money's worth.
I wanted a laptop I could play the sims on. This one works just fine. I haven't downloaded any add ons but I have no problem with gameplay. Good value and it's pretty light. Slightly heavier than my chromebookBrowse the web is also pretty fast

HP laptop
This computer does not keep correct time, when trying to capitalize letters, the key doesn't change back to lower case when you select to do so and doesn't not operate as should. I have purchased this laptop to work from home and used daily and have had nothing but problems. I have contacted the seller and never received help with issues as well. I should be shipped another laptop so I can return this one when work stuff from the company is removed.

Amazing product
Looooveeee my new laptop, I had an old hp that had been in use for year and this is an amazing upgrade I absolutely love it is so light weight and can take it everywhere. Worth the money I payed for it

never got to use the device as it got hacked within the first 48 hours of turning it on?
i was pretty upset to find that once i charged device and then set up some apps, i was hacked and the computer was frozen, then the phone number given to call was a hacker - so very disappointedi feel i should send this item back for full refund and go someplace else to purchase laptopplease advise, thank you
