Product broken inside.
The media could not be loaded. After buying the chair, externally everything was fine, I fixed the parts and tested okay. It was not in use after I bought. Unfortunately now when I started using it, I realised that inside the chair cover the hand rest is broken from the support. Now its of no use and I cannot return or exchange the product. I dont know if it is a delivery issue or product issue, but I wasted my money.

received wrong hydraulic lift piece
chair is good and worth the money. but i received wrong hydraulic lift piece with the chair. after trying to fit it multiple times i realized the hydraulic lift piece is not the right one as the piece is nearly touching the floor and it shouldnt be..but it got replaced after complaining in customer care...
