i love my backflow incense burner! had to use google translate with my camera to translate the small jar of cones. they were also a little too strong for me. definitely something to have in a living room and not a bedroom unless you have smaller cones or plan on using just the stick.it does take a minute for the smoke to flow down the waterfall but once it does it is so theraputic to watch. once i get batteries, ill see how the glass globe looks but i can guarentee itll be a center piece for sure.

The media could not be loaded. We got this for our teenage daughter as a Christmas present. Right now she is into candles, incense, stones.She loved her gift! It comes with all the accessories mentioned in the description. The video does not show any of them because we just wanted to try it right away and did put any of them at that time.It looks so pretty!!I am thinking about getting one for myself.It does come with the a lot of incense sticks and cones. They smell pretty good too!

The media could not be loaded. Although not quite the flow of smoke as advertised, still a great affect. Found that the size of the hole through the cone controls the amount that falls. Scent seems strong to me and suggest using in a large room. And of course the air in the room has to be still. The quality of the fountain itself is good. The colors are dark to accentuate the white smoke. Can't wait until it's dark to see what the globe looks like with the smoke. Pretty colors in daylight.

This is so beautiful and fun to watch! Comes with some incense and cones but they dont smell the best, are tolerable tho. Also doesnt come with a 2032 flat battery (we had some extras from using them in key fobs). And it seems like the part that hold the backflow cone get plugged or collects debris...although they might all do this and it might be normal! Just clean it out once in awhile to keep it working well!

Smoke doesn’t fall at all, even with air completely still

Not much smoke or smell comes out. Pieces missing. No holder was in the box. Items threw all around. I had to purchase the battery separately to get the light started.d for the ball.

It works just fine but it would have been nice to have some kind of instructions on set up... took me awhile to figure out that there was a piece of paper in the light that needed to be removed in order for it to work.

We purchased our first backflow burner about a year ago, and we thought the same thing...the incense stinks! Upon further investigation, we found the resin burners need a "break-in" period. The resin needs to "season" before you just get the incense smell. If you don't want to take the time to do that, I recommend the glass burners. They don't require the seasoning time.We love our incense burners both glass and resin, and this one outshines them all!
