Size is great, works well for reflexology on hands and feet. Product is not soft, which is why it feels good when massaging feet and hands.

These are perfect for my need. I just had hand surgery and use them to work the scar tissue out. I throw one in my purse and use it throughout the day on the go.

I actually my use these to work out aching muscles in my back, shoulders, arms and legs...You can use against a wall or floor but the best is while on something soft as chair, sofa or bed...I have one with me at all times...

The balls are perfect.. but other than color, paper to be completely identical. Maybe I missed it, but I expected various hardness or som difference in the 3 balls. Luckily, the one I use suits my needs... the other two aren’t used. It does make me wonder why someone would need 3 identical balls.

I’m all for some harder surfaces and a little bit of pain. I even use an acupuncture mat. But this one was super hard and really didn’t help me. It was more painful and I didn’t find much relief. The prongs aren’t small enough to do what an acupuncture mat typically would do. But they’re also just a very hard plastic and doesn’t have any give to the prongs that you see a lot in massage balls or even a lacrosse ball. Ultimately, I returned it. It really didn’t work for me.

I purchased these to use for my feet. Good price. I like these way more than tennis balls. I also use them on my legs, hands and shoulders.

I purchased these because it was what they had me using in my physical therapy sessions. Just running my feet over one of these for 2 min. per foot. It has really helped improvement of some feet issues I was having. I keep one by the TV in the living room, one in my travel bag for trips away from home. I love these.
