Product worked as expected. It says to leave jewelry submerged for 2 minutes. I left mine for about an hour.I didn't want to ruin the entire jar of solution, so I poured some into a clear plastic cup. I used the included strain tool to lower and remove my jewelry from the solution.I knew the cage around my pearl was dirty (about 5 years old), but I didn't think it would be as bad as it was.I removed the pearl, then submerged the cage and chain (and another necklace and pendant).I pulled them out, and used a kleenex to blot dry them. I later rubbed them on the polishing cloth.The solution in the plastic cup is disgusting. I'm glad I didn't put them directly in the jar. Now I still have clean, unused solution for future cleanings.

Cleans ring well

It cleaned my JEWLERY good after letting it soak for about 8 minutes. It gave my gold chain and cross a little shine nothing to really brag about. As long as it gets the dirt and grime off I'm ok with it.

I didn’t take care of my pandora bracelet and it became very tarnished. I used this product one time and I hope you can see the difference on just half the bracelet when polishing. It literally worked like a magic eraser but for jewelry! The solution didn’t have a smell, it was very easy to use. Everything shown came as described. It’s a decent size jar that looks like it can handle months of washing for light users. I will definitely be a repeat customer for the polishing wipes.

Did an ok job. Nothing great

Easy to use. Comes with a brush and two different cleaning cloths. I like that it doesn’t have much of a smell and definitely left my jewelry sparkling. I used it on white gold and diamond jewelry. I would recommend it!

There is some variation between the effectiveness of the liquid,soaking jewelry cleaners. This one has made my wedding bands clean & shiny!
