Very happy with these nam chucks which were a present for my MMA-mad nephews, who started practising straight away. They even got their uncle and cousin in on the act, prompting me to order another set. The product seems sturdy and well-made, so I anticipate they'll go the distance. I'd definately recommend!

Good for the price
Very suitable for beginners, it’s very easy to use without injury, the chain is shorter than most other foam versions which is good. I will say I don’t think they’re going to be particularly durable, I’ve used them for maybe about 5 hours and there’s already a lot of dents and general damage. Fine for practice leading up to a wooden pair but wouldn’t risk using for striking.
