My friend recommended this product so I went ahead and bought it. WOW. Game changer!! It works very well for my washer. I tested it after washing carpets/animal stuff to see if it would really work and it worked better than expected! Very strong cleaning power.I threw it in the washer and set it to the “self-cleaning” setting for about an hour and 10 min. It cleaned my washer completely and it was soooo easy to use. Would repurchase.

So there's a lot to discuss about this product. Let's start with smell. I absolutely love this brand since it don't have a strong chemical smell so helps with my toddler and my husband being sensitive to smell! They are tiny little packets you just open and put in washer and do empty load. Of you have never used cleaning or not in a while, your going to want to do one a week for few weeks then go to do one a month. So easy to use open box, pull out pouch, open pouch, toss in, do empty load! I also ran another empty load after using just to be sure no particles were left in washer. It's a tiny disk I just upended package over it then threw wrapper away. For what they charge is well worth it. Now keep in mind this just cleans inside, you still need to manually clean the top and around lid only helps for how high the water goes.

Ok, still had to put some elbow grease in to completely clean the door, but took away the mildew smell. Works ok, I think I’ll try another brand or 2 next time to see the difference.
