Beats every espresso-martini!
I recently tried Ojo de Dios Mezcal Café and wow, was I pleasantly surprised! As someone who enjoys both mezcal and espresso-martinis, this was like getting the best of both worlds. The mezcal is smooth with a nice smoky touch, and the coffee flavor adds a cozy, rich twist without being too overpowering. Each sip had a great balance of smoky and coffee notes, making it a real treat to drink slowly and savor. Perfect for an after-dinner drink or when having friends over. It’s also quite the conversation starter...I really liked the look of the bottle too—it’s pretty sleek, which makes it a cool gift idea.

Quality mescal
This is a delicious fusion of quality metal and delicious dark roast coffee. Perfect pairing. I enjoyed it neat or over ice, but would be delicious in an espresso martini if that’s to your taste.

Well balanced, delicious mezcal.
I drink the Joven mezcal straight, over ice, and in cocktails (mostly margarita). I find it well balanced for alcohol %, smokiness and aromatics. It's really a delicious mezcal. My party guests thought so too! I also think the bottle design is super cool. I also made expresso martini's using the ODD Cafe (coffee flavour) version and it worked really well - nice twist, my guests were impressed :-)

Not so great on its own but with Tequila and in a Mezcal Old Fashioned, nice. Two and I'm done!.

Top quality mezcal
I have tried many good quality mezcals over the years this one is definitely in my top 3. You can pick up a tropical flavour the pineapple is very noticeable with hints of plum and a very light smoke to finish off. For the price you can't go wrong trust me its deliciousness with a bit of a kick.

Smokey Mezcal from the freezer
It’s what summer nights in the garden were made and longed for. For me, not for margaritas and needs to be served icy cold. Takes on a different creamy, thick texture. Please, it is a sipping mezcal to be savoured. Not mixed or with ice

Wow!
As a Scot, and someone who likes a good, peaty, Scotch whisky, this is right up my street. It is definitely a sipper full of warmth and character. Very deep smokiness but sweet at the same time. I was looking for something to make an expresso martini with, but I feel it would be sacrilegious to mix this with anything.
