Best Sore Neck Relief
This collar works wonderfully. It is easy to put on. The Velcro strap makes it stay where it should, unlike trying to hold a heating pad orice pack to the side of your neck. I have used it several times. When I take it out of the freezer, it will stay cold longer than 30 minutes whichis all the time my chiropractor has recommended using the cold. I have not tried using it yet as a heating pad. Thanks for a great product.

Newer design does not hold heat
The lastest design does not hold heat . Purchased two February 2017Latest design is bigger, clumsier .. I can live with thatIt takes longer to heat … OKIt does not hold its heat ... dissipates the heat in under 3 minutes ..not acceptable. No valueI purchased an earlier version in 2016 . This version worked very well

Just what I needed!
This is a gel pack for neck/cervical that has a removeable, washable cover. It is a soft, knit fabric. Very easy to wear. My neck is 14.5" & I can bring the blue part together in front & velcro will hold it in place.But if you have a large neck it may not work as well( velcro could allow for about 2.5" more easily. Can put it in freezer and cold lasts about an hour.

DOES NOT REMAIN FLEXIBLE WHEN PUT IN FREEZER
I previously owned a collar that looked just like this previously from a different manufacturer. It worked GREAT but we wore it out over a few years. We use ours mostly for cold therapy not hot. This new gel collar gets stiff as a board when put in the freezer and doesn't perform anywhere near the previous unit. I didn't have the original manufacturers name because we discarded the old collar. VERY disappointed and already gave it away to a family member who wants to use it for heat therapy.

Soothing and easy to use.
Love the shape, easy to use on neck, elbow or hand. Works very well both heated and chilled. Being gel filled, it doesn't have stiffness keeping it from hugging around wrist or neck. A little heavy but that may help it stay in place.
