Can be difficult to install. Sturdiness depends on what you anchor them into. Rails require a strong cobalt metal drill bit to drill holes in the rail for mounting. The rail is stainless steel so it is tough to drill through. Use a good center punch after marking the hole positions. Use the actual mounting hardware as a hole template to mark the center punch positions after drilling the first hole. I used a 1/8” Cobalt bit specifically for stainless steel and a powerful electric drill. good luck

Construction is solid. The horizontal rail ends were rough and had to be ground smooth and square to insert end caps. Attachment of brackets to rail requires drilling of stainless tubing, not an issue for contractors with proper tools, however may be difficult for typical homeowner. This purchase is for an indoor application. We plan on purchasing several more for outdoor applications.
