This kneeling chair was very simple to assemble in about 5 to 7 minutes. Included was photo instructions and the Allen-wrench tool needed to assemble the chair. This is a great ergonomic chair for those who are sedentary for most or all of the day like myself. This chair ensures your posture is correct at all times and helped to alleviate sciatic pain by keeping the spine straight throughout the day. Keep in mind, when using, that you will now be using new muscles to sit in this chair and you need to give your body a day or 2 to adjust to the change. The fabric to cover this chair is a faux leather over a thick memory foam-like pad that allows comfort throughout the day. I’ve included photos for a visual of the chair alone and seated upon. The seat has ample space and all 4 wheels have locks to keep the chair in place while in use. The height can be adjusted up and down with a lever to match the height of your desk for the most ergonomic position that suits your needs. Overall the comfort level is incredible! The chair is small enough to tuck away under a desk. I visualize a couple other ways this chair can be used besides sitting at work, and you can too if you get creative. The quality of this chair was great for the price I paid and overall was a good investment and I would recommend this to others.

This seat was easy to assemble. I bought mine as refurbished at an excellent price. It was in excellent condition. It seems many return the chair after only minimual use. It is comfortable and helpful as a tool with my back problems. I think some of the reviews are from those who attempt to sit on the chair all day. I rotate between standing, sitting in a standard economic seat, and this chair throughout an10 hour work day. I also work extensively with my PT and practice ergonomic sitting and postural restoration exercises. I have found the seat to be excellent as a tool to help me with a full time sedentary job. I do not use any seat as a primary seat, but rather as a tool on an overall therapy plan to help me with significant pain issues. I have greatly enjoyed this product and found it to be helpful.

This is a low cost option to the substantially more expensive "balans" chairs and it's a good choice if you want to test if this kind of chair is right for you. The downside is that low cost means lower quality with a couple of deep design defects which could have been solved for a few extra dollars. The adjustable gas shock is a nice add but frankly it's not needed.Wheels: The angle of the wheels changes with the height of the seat and this causes the front wheels to be angled so far that they do not caster properly when you're seated. You might call this a feature if you don't want the chair to move once you're seated. The wheels are small and don't seem likely to survive long under serious use, particularly the tiny brake levers.Cushion: Very thick and generously sized. Might be less comfortable for lighter or smaller users.Manufacturing issues: The hole size for the pin under the main seat was too small to fit without forcing due to improper size after the paint. All the pivot pins lack washers or bushings and the design lacks rigidity between the main structural components which means there's side-to-side wiggle when used. The tapped holes in the pins are not well formed and prone to cross threading.

I am surprised that so many people reviewed this as a sturdy, stable chair. I know I am not alone saying its not because I read other reviews that agree with me. I know I assembled the chair correctly. It was very wobbly, just by design. I even went out and bought a few spacers and washer to add to the bolts to try and make it not wobbly and it didn't help. Do not buy this chair. I returned it and bought The Draggon brand that has a similar model and it is sturdy, comfortable! Worth the extra ten dollars.

It was really easy to put together, I had one of these many years ago and have recently been getting frustrated with my chair, happy to find this product, it has been great for my back. There is a way to move it up and down, the wheels are fine but could be a bit smoother but overall, great product.

This chair was great for about 2 weeks of use as my main office chair. Very easy to put together, though it takes a bit of coordination. Sadly whatever material is used for the padding does not bounce back, so the pads are super squished down and no longer supportive or comfortable! Will be returning. Was really hoping this one would work out since the extra seat height adjustment handle is a nice feature.

This is my first kneeling chair. I am going to keep it, but it has a few drawbacks.The biggest disappointment is that, unlike advertised, it is not a "spinner," like a piece of luggage that spins in place in a circle. After using a little WD-40, it rolls backwards and forwards nicely. However, the oiling did not fix the spinning, or should I say, lack-of-spinning problem.If I take most of my weight off the rollers, it can be pivoted with a great deal of scrapping on my hardwood floor. Not sure if this is good on the floor. The best part of a kneeling chair is that it makes it easy to change positions at the computer. Unexpected feature is that if you sit on the cushion for your knees, you are much closer to the floor which makes it easier to put on or take off your shoes. Height adjustment is also a good feature.If you have balance issues, be careful sitting and standing up. Earth's gravity is not a friend of we older people.As for the complaint about sore knees, to relieve this discomfort, shift your weight by moving your butt further back on the seat cushion and let your knees decompress. I will alternate time between the kneeling chair and my normal chair.
