I've had issues with menstrual cups in the past but this is the first one I've used that actually works for me. It doesn't leak and I don't even notice it's there when I have it in so there's no discomfort. It's easy to remove and the stem is so short it doesn't hurt no matter which way you're sitting. Checking whether you have a heavy or weak flow is important as a cup size that doesn't fit you will be awful to use. I thought I was a size large but I'm actually a small so this was the first cup that worked for me. I'm using these cups instead of pads now which is so handy since I can just get on with my day instead of worrying about whether my pad is leaking or not. My advice would be to get one, read over the instructions in detail, try using one when you're not on your period to get used to inserting it and then try it again when its that time of the month. Personally I think you should get a menstrual cup steamer to sanitize your cups (easier than boiling them and much faster) and have a spare cup to make swapping them out seamless. Really great product, I'll be sticking with this brand.

I meant, I was really skeptical and wasn’t convinced at first. I tried tampon once and really didn’t like it and found it really awkward to insert something for a long hour and let alone the mess I imagined have to deal with especially what if in public toilet?And here come my friend who works long hour in medical field recommended it ok fine I ll give it a try..I’m not a super eco friendly person but do frowned and worried looking at the amount of sanitary pads had to discard every month, plus this is also cost savings in long term.I must say I’m totally blown away :) the packaging was nice and neat, quite meticulously design in a way on letting you practise a little to take in and out before the real hands on. But if you are unsure, suggest try to watch a video demo first before you do so. The cup are very soft and easy to grip. It takes a day or two to get used to the insert and take out but if it was done correctly, it’s absolute comfortable and totally different experience compared to used having a heavy and damp feeling underneath. It’s long lasting too, I’m quite heavy flow hence I do need to change it every 5-6 hours during the first two days, but at night I could totally worry free not have to wake up checking if the flow will stain the bedsheet.Hence I really recommend this products :)

I've been longing to try one of these cups, and I am so glad that I chose Ovio. First of all, the packaging is beautiful, so feminine, and thoughtfully put together. I try to recycle, as much as I can, and so I was pleased to read, that the packaging is fully recyclable. It comes with a cute instruction booklet, which is really easy to read, and understand. It also comes with a little bag, to store the cup in, when not in use. I ordered the "Regular" size, as I am over 30, and I have given birth. After boiling my cup in water, for five minutes, to sterilise it, I tried inserting it. It was a little daunting at first, but once I got the hang of it, it slid right in. I used some lubricant gel, to make insertion easier. I thought that I would feel it in side of me, and be waddling around all day, but honestly speaking, I actually forgot that I had it in!!! It's so comfortable, and extremely soft. It's amazing, that it does actually capture everything, no mess at all!!! This cup is so easy to use, and by using it, I know I am being environmentally friendly. Plus I no longer need to spend money on pads/tampons. Helping the environment, and saving money? It's a no brainer! I'm extremely pleased with my purchase, thank you Ovio!!

Great cup, I love the colour and the bag it comes with. Very easy to clean and to keep safe between periods.It is just a bit larger than expected as I have had a different one in the past that felt smaller and slightly easier to use.

Can’t even fart without it trying to escape

I bought this on a bit of a whim after seeing they support MCS. I've used a different brand for a couple years, and had a few issues but nothing I couldn't live with. And it was my first time using a cup so put it down to inexperience. I did a couple of quizes online to see what places suggested and this one came up, and when they supported MCS I thought why not (I'm a marine biologist).It is definitely softer than my last, and so much comfier when in. Also a lot nicer to remove and there is no pain on removal like I had with my last.Definitely recommend!!!

this is my second cup as my old one (flowcup) needed replacing. I love how soft this one is and easy to put in place:) can't feel it all, no leaks.the only thing is this one has helluva suction so it's harder to get out! harder to release the suction than my old one so will have to get used to that. came very cutely packaged and I like that it comes with a bag and instructions.

15 years ago I heard of menstrual cups and I wanted to try. However, it took me until now to take the plunge, and I don’t really know why it took me so long.This thing is great. Yes, it’s not as easy to remove as a disposable tampon, you gotta get *in there* but I felt so much cleaner, being able to wash and reinsert; with much less changing than with tampons. I wasn’t worried at work about leaking or needing to change, or rushing to the shops to buy more.The packaging is super cute! You can test different folding techniques with the packaging! Before trying on yourself! Absolutely brilliant design.Anyway, I’m extremely happy. I will be recommending to my friends and family :)
