Post Pregnancy Must
This is a post pregnancy must have! Began using right after having a c-section. In the beginning, I had to use all my strength to get the velcrow to touch but within a week I lost three inches. This helps tremendously to compress the stomach and jump start your body to feeling somewhat normal again. Ended up using around the clock for about three weeks until moving to another product by the same maker as the Belly Bandit became to large (it didn't stretch out by any means; my body just completely changed).

Buy the bamboo blend of you have the option.
This has been a great addition to postpartum regimen. It holds my tummy together and helps tighten my core after having a c section. I purchased the regular black version while I was six months pregnant so was not able to try it out until after I gave birth. I would have returned the product for the Bamboo material as the base model is very stiff and creases easily. I still wore it because it was still functional, just not comfortable at all. Like I said I couldn't return the product because I was way past the return date. I wish the company would have understood that antenatals are unable to sometimes try out products until after they give birth, still allowing for exchanges or refunds. If you buy this belly bandit get the bamboo, you will regret it if you don't!

Nice belly wrap
It was a really nice belly wrap. After I gave birth I used it immediately (had pelvic pain, and once I wrapped myself with it I felt the nice compression and WOW) it really helped me in the post partum recovery. The size is good ππ»

Worth it, but one time use
I debated whether or not I really needed a support for postpartum, but ended up choosing this one based on recommendations from other new moms, and overall am glad I did. It helped provide support and remind me to maintain good posture during the initial weeks of nursing my newborn, when I had a tendency to hunch over too much. The support greatly reduced the lower back pain I was having, and it did help reduce the bloated/swelling abdominal feeling common right after childbirth. I was not a fan of the velcro fastener, as it was very loud and made it nearly impossible to adjust in the middle of the night without waking baby or my husband. Additionally, it became increasingly uncomfortable when the creases start to settle... everything I read said crease are normal (they settle between ribs and hip bones from how the band folds when you wear it sitting down. Also, it is too bulky to wear under clothing and rather unattractive above clothing, so I left it in the car when I had to go in public. However, the pain relief and help with the recovery process still made this a worthwhile purchase. I followed the sizing chart and it fit as expected, with me initially wearing on the loose side and gradually being able to tighten further on the velcro. I don't remember exactly how long it took for me to wear it on the smallest size... but I think close to 5 weeks postpartum.Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase and think it was worth the price. Though I've heard others say you can use it for multiple children, for me, I don't think I agree due to the creasing. I would purchase a new one after giving birth again.

Works very well!
This band has serious velcro power to help keep you compressed! I feel like it is a corset and Iβm loving the results so far! I ordered a size medium following the instructions from the Belly Bandit official website. After my first pregnancy I used another popular belly and from amazon that has three different bands, that you added compression as weeks went on. I had ok results with that. For my second pregnancy, I wanted to get something that would give me better results. This did not disappoint!

Poor fit
Although my measurments indicated I should be right in the medium range, I oredered that size and it was simply too big. I should mention I'm normally a size 8, and haven't really been a size small since high school. Although the band did seem to slenderize my middle post pregnancy from a profile view, I found it quite stiff and uncomfortable. Not only that, but from the front it made my clothes look mis-shapen, especially when I put weight on one foot, stood with my hip thrust out, etc. It kind of buckled in the area around my waist. It was only not noticable when smoothed out, standing completely straight, and walking around without moving my upper body a lot. I returned it asap. I think the only thing it would have worked under would have been a tight dress made out of a very sturdy material, which basically would act as a girdle in itself.

Waste of money!!!
I purchased this product in size M following the sizing chart and recommendations on the site. It fit well in the beginning, however, I was able to wear this only for about a week. Once my belly went down a little bit, the belt got too large/loose, so I ended up getting another one to fit my smaller gut. For a product like that to serve its purpose well (to accommodate the constantly changing size of your belly and be able to support it well for a good amount of time), it definitely needs to have its velcro part much, much wider and the band itself to be wider as well. Unless you want to waste money on something you will wear only for a week or two, just go and buy a different belly band that will fit and compress you belly until it gets flat!

Really works!
I used this with my first pregnancy and it really works. It can bunch up at times and be uncomfortable after wearing for awhile but the results are worth it! Because there isn't much Velcro you will end up having to buy a smaller size which can get costly. I think I may buy Velcro to sew on myself to try and make this one last!
