Dead Battery on arrival
After the first day it was 2 hours behind and reset it and same thing happened. I now have to take in to have the battery replaced.

I feel like I got scammed
I did not wish to write like this, I bought a watch from this company last year as a gift for my dad, of course my dad did not use it directly, but after using it for less than a week, we were surprised that it does not work regularly. I contacted them for returns, and they asked me to contact the manufacturer, that was a last year.Before communicating with the manufacturer, I contacted Amazon, and they were in agreement with my case and gave me some credit .When I contacted the manufacturer for repair, they told me that the watch was not under warranty (noting that there is a sticker on the watch says that it is under warranty for five years), and they told me that the cost of the repair 149.51$And when I contacted them after this shocking news from the manufacturer to return the watch or exchange it they refused again .Finally: I don’t recommend any one to buy from this company.

Great watch.
This is a very nice watch that I wear every day. It looses 10 seconds per day so it's reset once a week, well within spec. The bracelet looks great, the clasp works easily and links can be removed with a push pin.
