My daughter had a pillow like this that I used when I was stayed with her. I loved it! I decided to get one of my own. Could not find the pillow offered by the company that she had, but found this one and it appeared to be the same. NOPE! I ordered a standard and when I got the pillow, it was TINY! It is not even close to the standard size pillows that I own. It is child size at best! I can't even wrap my arms around it as pictured because my arms are too long. I am 5'5" tall. The cover is cheap and arrived with a huge snag on it. When it arrived I wasn't sure what it was because the box was so short and since it arrived shrink wrapped with all the air suctioned out of it, it was impossible to repackage for a return. I can't even rate the support, pain relief, etc. because the pillow is way too small to use. It's a ridiculous waste of money! I thought of this purchase as an investment to help me with my severe migraines and instead I threw my money away!!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

This pillow is not a gimmick and I am really very surprised.It is a weirdly shaped pillow that offers incredible support for your neck and head while you sleep.I have tried everything from rolled up towels ( recommended by physical therapists) of varying sizes, memory foam styled pillows from a wide range of companies. Natural pillows like buckwheat that were touted to conform to your cervical spine and cranium.Absolutely nothing was effective in cradling the neck and head properly during sleep.That is until Elviros.This sculpted memory foam pillow actually cradles my neck in place during sleep . No sagging or overextended positions that were causing headaches and migraine flare ups.The pillow has gentle slopes and valleys sculpted into the surface intended to cradle your head and neck while you sleep on your side or back. It appears it can be used for stomach sleeping but this looks uncomfortable in my opinion.The pillow case is zippered and remove-able for washing. I personally use a standard sized mulberry silk pillowcase over the whole Elviros pillow. It’s good for hair and skin.Using a separate pillowcase over the pillow will extend the life of the product and keep it clean.The only drawback of the pillow : it is extremely firm for petite people.For reference I am 5’3” 109 lbs , assuming my head is proportional(haha) in weight and size to the rest of my body. The pillow often feels much harder than traditional memory foam with very little give. Sleeping on my side the pressure on my cheek and jaw can feel a bit too firm and intense at times.Perhaps it will soften up a bit more with use.EDIT:August 22 2021This is my 2nd pillow. For whatever reason, possibly a different batch , this pillow is significantly softer than the first purchase.It still has plenty of support and the quality of sleep is outstanding. The firmness level is jussst right.

I've slept on this pillow for about a month. It has helped my neck pain, I'm not waking up with neck pain in the middle of the night any longer (I did try my old regular pillow one night and the pain came back).However, my head does not like this pillow. It's hard as a rock (especially in our chilly bedroom). My ears get smashed between the pillow and my head, and that can get really uncomfortable. I don't understand the wing things, are they for hands? My hands do not fit in them. Huh. And snuggling with my partner has become problematic, because the pillow creates this barrier between our heads...we end up snuggling from afar.I'm not sold on this thing, and I'll probably try something else to help my neck pain. Meanwhile, the pillow is fine enough to keep using.
