Great quality Stinging Nettle as a good price. I have purchased several of these over the past several months and take them daily. There is a wonderful amount of vitamins and minerals in nettle - which explains why it is the favorite herb of so many herbalists. This seller keeps them fresh in stock also, the manufactured date on the bottom was only a couple of months ago. WELL within the expiration date (3 years from now).

I take one in the morning and one before bed to keep my seasonal allergies somewhat under control.
