A great product that works,you can really feel it kicking in.Really nice flavour,very easy to swallow. Only drawback is the price , a bit expensive could be a few quid cheaper but would highly recommend

As the title says, not sure how much of this is a placebo effect, but i found if i take one of these around 20-30 minutes before a workout, or a run, i could push myself a little bit longer.It won't make you faster or stronger, but it does seem to help with endurance - i used one a week, by the time i got to the last one in my pack i was feeling the effects less and less, but definitely recommend if someone is using these short term.

I’ve been using SIS Surge for awhile now and they’ve been sold out recently so needed to look for a similar product for football. These are so much better, taste and the energy they give you for playing football. Only downside is they’re a little bit more expensive but that’s ok as you’re getting a good quality product.

I've spent ages looking for a product tailored to football and not just 'sports' in general. Superb product and great taste as well. Noticeable difference to my energy levels and concentration during the match. Next order I'll add the different flavoured gels as well.

As a keen road cyclist and a bike repairer I am always interested in cycle related items and components plus any new technology that becomes available.I use gels when out on my road/TT bikes and saw these so thought I'd give these a try.Although they are described as a soccer supplement they are equally beneficial for other high intensity sports. I ride at a high intensity over 30 plus miles where my body works hard and sweats.I got the Cherry flavour which I get with my normal SIS gels and these sachets are the same size (60 ml) as my existing and have some similar ingredients.These gels should help to give me a carbohydrate shot as well as caffeine boost before I start which is beneficial pre and during exercise.They are very tasty a really full-on Cherry flavour! I have a sweet tooth so that suits me.I found them fine and had no issues with regards to stomach upsets etc.It's always a job to tell how good gels work , but I kept it going on some recent long rides with a strong breeze.The gels also have a long use by date of Dec 2022 . So that’s a good shelf life.Gels are fairly pricey generally .These are around ball park for what I’d pay for12 gels (£22.95 at the time of the review) works out at £1.14 per gel.I generally pay anything from 99p - £1.20p for my current SIS Gels depending if they’re discounted.No complaints on the flavour and boost given apart from the price you have to pay for energy gels!.
