Durable, all the features I need
This is my favorite electrical tester. As an air conditioning tech I use AC volts, DC volts, clamp-on ammeter (also serves as a hanger), ohms, capacitor tester, and thermometer. Swivel top is very handy. Previously same model held up to years of daily use.

Disappointed
Bought this for troubleshooting single phase controls on poultry farms. The continuity beep is barely audible and sometimes doesn't work at all. I constantly have to turn it off and back on because it quits measuring voltage or gives erratic readings. Like the clamp and the ncv. This is the third one I've had and never had problems like this.

Had to return product !
Don't buy this for reading standard 110-120 volts it was not made to read this voltage.It doesn't show this in advertising description,but does shows consumer the other voltages it reads after you open the protective hard plastic seal on a label you can't see until after it's opened.Or I missed it.But the one I ordered Would not read standard household power.And had to return it.Any buyer should contact supplier before ordering. This is just my opinion and does not represent any else about this product.

Good meter buy not quite as described.
I purchased this meter to add to my test equipment line up due to it's price, features, and prior experience with Amprobe products. The meter seems to be well made and sturdy as you would expect from Amprobe however I ended up returning it due to the fact that it does not have manual ranging as the data sheet lists. After talking to a rep at Amprobe, he verified that the data sheet is indeed incorrect and needs to be corrected. (Manual ranging is available on the ACD-22SW at a slightly cheaper price but without the temperature feature). After some thought, I ended up going "all out" and springing for the Amprobe ACDC-52NAV instead. I would give both Amprobe and Amazon top marks for customer service.
