Delivery was fast. Was delivered few days before expected date. I was not expecting the hair tools (bleach brush, mixer, bowl, hair clips) to be pink as black was shown on the pictures. Super cute! Also came with ear caps with 2 sizes 🥰 my hair lightened with 1 use but I have thin hair and doesn't feel damaged. Not a strong smell or a dusty dry feeling.

First time using this brand
I have very dark hair and I bleach my roots every 2 months. (I also end up rebleaching the area below my roots as I’m just not coordinated enough to avoid it. Thats why it’s a lighter color than my scalp.) Got a good lift with this brand and it didn’t irritate my scalp. Also my hair is still really healthy.The best I will ever get with one bleach application is a weird yellow/orange. As I dye my hair what I call blurple it cancels out the yellow/orange. You definitely will want to tone your hair if you don’t use a fashion color.You will get bad results if you bleach over hair that’s been previously bleached numerous times. You also need to separate hair and apply to thin sections and saturate well. Roots will bleach faster than the rest of your hair.

Burnt my hair off
I was so excited about this product. It came damaged and 1/2 the product was gone. I understand it’s not sellers fault exactly how the bottles were busted open. I tried returning product but they said they will send replacement. I decided to just use what I have and bleach my hair. I was shocked. It went really light really fast I only left the product on 30 minutes. Washed it and toned it. After it dries I noticed my hair looks more frail and up on closer examination I’ve noticed a lot of shorter hairs and it cuts off exactly where it was lighter (I left about 2-3 inches of the root untouched) I wouldn’t recommend this product
