Works Great
Checking relays just got easier and a quick repair

Inexpensive, simple, works.
Seems to do exactly what it says it will do. Simple. Easy to use, and inexpensive. I have hundreds of relays between my motor home and cars, so having a tool to test these relays is a great luxury and provides peace of mind when troubleshooting electrical problems.

Taken by surprise
Loved the way it worked. I can't wait to use it in my auto tech class this fall.

Giving it 5 stars but have some questions
I'm giving it 5 stars but just have a lingering question about repeatability and accuracy in how it tests for a defective relay. For example, I had a few relays on hand and one of them tested "BAD" according to the Buddy Pro. Just for grins, I installed it in place of an exisiting "known good" relay in a car we had in the shop. I started up the car and energized the circuit and it operated with the Buddy Pro identified "BAD " relay.I know it can be argued that the relay failure might be intermittent and is now working in the car. I removed the so-called BAD relay and tested it again and it still shows "BAD" with the Buddy Pro.I would be interested in knowing how the the Buddy Pro tests the relay and determines if it is bad. Does it do more than just cycle the relay mutple times or is it also looking a current draw in the relay windings and doing a quick resistance calculation to determine if it is out of range? Is it possible that a good relay will test BAD and a BAD relay test GOOD ?

Simple, Quick & Easy.
Nice Kit.Even though you can do the same thing the hard way, WHY?This kit works and its much faster and easier than testing relay the old fashion, long-drawn-out hard way.

It's a Handy Tool for Double Checking
Sometimes (many times) there just isn't another relay to use for a substitute when troubleshooting a faulty relay. This tool sure comes in handy as you listen to it be cycled ten times and get a green light.

Relay Buddy is the best tool yet!
I have been guessing if a relay is bad or not and using this tester brings out the guessing with a red light for bad and a green light for good. You just plug the relay into the tester and hook it up to a twelve volt power source and if the relay is bad it shows red right away. If the tester is good it goes through a sequence of ten sets of testing and gives a green light.
