Great for holding my Apple Watch
We are not allowed to wear jewelry or watches on my hospital unit. This is super convenient for keeping my Apple Watch on my badge reel so that I'm not always looking around for a wall clock or scrambling to log in to the computer for the time during my shift. I've gotten a lot of questions about where I got this pin because other nurses have said they just keep their watch in their pocket or don't wear it all. This is definitely a great alternative.

Needs a different type of clasp
These need something different from a pin for attaching. As soon as it gets caught on something, it pulls off and the pin gets bent and it becomes useless.
