Tastes ok. A light oil that's easy to take.
Does not really have any taste to it. Quite light like a frying oil rather than olive oil so easy to swallow. I have an electronic device that detects if I'm in ketosis and it's regularly been showing I am. Would give 5 stars as its so light a tiny bit does tend run down the the bottle after pouring a spoonful so immediately wipe it. I have subscribed to a monthly delivery ao will see how it goes over time.

Plastic bottle is a letdown, which also drips a bit. Otherwise Good quality mct oil.

Great toxin flusher
This makes my gut flush out all the bad stuff that has no business being in my system, just a while after I have it.I take two tablespoons during the first half of the day, with my meal. But I must mention that I am following a low carb high fat and lots of veggies diet.4 stars, because the oil trickles down the bottle when I pour it in the spoon.But the product itself is effective on me.

Good product but …
I’m happy it was sold in darkened bottle but … it is plastic! I believe it wasn’t specified in an ad and I wouldn’t buy it if it would be written there.
