Much healthier to make your own vanilla and SO easy!

Just started a batch of homemade vanilla. Can’t wait to try it. I used 4 1/2 beans and a 1/5 of white rum. I scraped 1/2 a bean and put the caviar in with a 1 1/2 cups of organic sugar. Just toss the husk in with the rum. Everything is set to age six months. Tip- when making the sugar- use a part of the sugar in a bowl and stir in the caviar until it’s well incorporated into the sugar. Then pour it into the mason jar add the rest of the sugar and shake it. Once it’s evenly distributed in the jar you can tuck it away for a bit.

I have made my own vanilla for a few years now. When I bought these beans the first time I was absolutely amazed at the speed they infused flavor into my vanilla "concoction". I use these because their flavor as well as aroma is simply the BEST I have ever tasted or smelt. If you use real vanilla, this will make a huge difference in your end product. The better the ingredients the better the outcome. May try making some ice cream with them as well.

Freshly opened had almost no aroma. And what little it had was not good.I’ve been enjoying Madagascar vanilla for years…always happy. Since Madagascar vanilla got veryexpensive, I thought I’d try this. Expensive mistake. NOT returnable..

Great double sealed packaging. Wonderful fresh aroma even before opening inner seal. Very moist and full of the caviar. I Made the vanilla extract recipe on the package. I will update in a few months when it is finished and ready to use. I paid the price because I wanted a great product and so far it has not disappointed.

These were absolutely rotten. In fact, they tasted fermented. I was so disappointed, especially since they came in such nice packaging.
