Good Product
The Product was easy to put together and is also easy to operate. There is a video on Youtube that is very detailed as far as assembly, operation and the cleaning and maintenance. While the steamer doesn't super hot like others it gets the job done for me and I am pleased with it.

I like how easy it was to put together, however, it’s a little wobbly. I’m always afraid that it may fall apart. I’m happy that it heats up so fast. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with my purchase.

Awesome product
My hair was in bad shape. Dry, brittle and breaking. This steamer has been a game changer. The breaking stopped and now natural curls are amazing.

Do not buy
Terrible product . The head of the steamer couldn’t move . When you put it together it was like it was sealed closed. The hood wouldn’t come down . No instructions , never even plugged it in .. do not buy

I was really excited to get this.
I would like to say that this item came in time and it was an easy installment directions to follow. The material looks and feels like it holds up well. But I was missing the plastic hood in my order and it is not clear on this page where I can communicate to the seller about it besides leaving a review. so I rate this a 2.
