Do it!This is my first pair of Dr. Martin's, but will not be my last! I'm on my feet and outside all the time. Going up and down ladders, inspecting roofs and walking job sites. I've been suffering with sore feet and have purchased all kinds of shoes, looking for any kind of relief. I was concerned they would take awhile to break in, so I was hesitant to buy them. I was so pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were from day 1! I wear them all the time at work and my feet feel much better now. I frickin' LOVE these boots! They grab asphalt shingles pretty well too. They have it all: warmth, comfort, style and durability

Excellent. They run big though
Genuine Docs, look great, very comfy. Docs always run big though. I'm usually a mens 9 or 9.5 in skate sneakers and have very wide feet. Docs don't come in half sizes but I bought men's 8s after trying some on in a store and they fit like a glove. I was always skeptical of Docs overhyped comfort but I will say these are fresh out if the box and already feel like they're 75% broken in.Whatever you do, size down at least half a size when ordering, if not a whole one and you'll likely be happy with the results.

Very comfortable
I absolutely love these boots. I normally struggle with DMs because they are so tight and hurt my feet. These aren’t and are super comfortable. And they look great too.

Comfortable but very wide
Boots were surprisingly comfortable but were extremely wide at the front of the foot. I don’t recall their boots being so wide. Might not be great for a narrow foot.
