I love, love, love this pitcher
I have even bought two, as I drink lots of oolong, green & black tea. The size 700 ml is fine for me. I wash it in a dishwasher (program for delicate glass). I only wash the lid by hand, as some customers complained the wooden part broke. As a very lazy person, I use teabags. You can put at least 8-9 teabags in the strainer. The pitcher is also very beautiful. It's a shame one cannot buy 700 ml size within the European Union, only the 400 ml. Cause paying the import fees deposit is no fun at all...

Elegant Pitcher
Nice details on the lid of this one. The pitcher has excellent craftsmanship and feels quite exquisite. The stainless steel filter is very large, going almost all the way to bottom (just as pictured) so the tea leaves have plenty of room to expand. The filter has very fine holes and is of high quality. It snaps into the top of the pitcher so it is not loose and the lid also sits tight with the filter so you don't need to hold the lid when pouring. However if you remove the filter the lid will be loose on top of the pitcher. If I have to be critical, I would say the class is quite thin and delicate. Also, the large size of the filter may appear overly pronounced to some, given how elegant this pitcher is designed to be.

Nice fancy feeling teapot. Filter goes down far enough for 1 cup brewing. Nice lid

The wooden lid cap split in half the very first time I used this tea cup! I'm keeping it because it would be a pain to return, but this is a defect in the quality.

Not will made
Came with two of the four tabs broken off ... tabs are to keep the strainer part in place. Also much smaller thus expected. One big mug of tea fits.
