I keep 2 bottle of this on hand at all times. Its has a nice smooth consistency and adds fantastic fragrance and flavor. You can order diffrent size jars and it's held up great in the fridge. So much easier then cooking and grinding up fresh garlic on busy work nights.

Had a jar of this shipped to my mother so I could use it when cooking for her during the Christmas holiday. I didn't realize that I had purchased the large jar - but, after a week of cooking, we'd used over a third of it.Works perfectly in sopa de ajo (Spanish bread and garlic soup - which you need to try IMHO). The fact that it's pureed means you have a huge surface-to-volume ratio. Also mixed it with a white bean paste (+ a dab of miso) and smeared it on pizza.

While I love the product, it arrived with something that had been spilt all over the top and sides of the jar. This was under the bubble wrap that was used in shipping so it was like this when packed and shipped and wasn't damaged or leaked in shipping.

This is a real GARLIC PASTE! The flavor is intense, fresh and perfect for my cooking needs. I’m very happy I found it!

Very disappointed, i ordered 1 ginger and 1 garlic paste, both came in the same box, the ginger was fine, however the garlic paste glass jar was busted when received, description says no return or refund, so i just wasted my money this one, never buy it again

Great when you don't want to smash garlic cloves.

Was pleasantly surprised.

The glass bottle was broken and was leaking out of the box when I received it. Had to throw it away. Waste of money.
