Well made
I bought it to strain homemade fruit/vegetable juice. It’s working perfectly well for me. Easy to use. Nothing sticks to the cloth. Easy to clean. Stitched and hemmed well. Dries easily too. Will surely be buying again if required and will surely recommend. Love it!!I have attached 2 pics. One when it’s new and the other after using.

Good product
Cheese cloth is not something I use often so was just ordering in the dark. It washed up well with very little fraying and is currently being used to turn sour cream into cream cheese. It works well.

Works great as a very large cheesecloth
This cloth is fine, no complaints about quality or packaging. It's easy to use and much easier to wash then a lot of cheesecloth out there. However, it is far too big for most practical cheese making purposes. The cloth needs to be washed by hand then air-dried to ensure lack of contamination. This is difficult with a yard. If you use it for other reasons than cheese, by all means, but it may be wise to invest in a multipack of smaller cloths for a few dollars more.

Tried many, this worked best
Good quality for price. Only one out there that is actually quality oriented.

Great for making greek yogurt!
I make my own yogurt at home, use this cheesecloth to strain it, and voila, Greek yogurt! Unlike regular cheesecloth, this has such a tight weave, that it almost looks like fabric and allows much of the whey (liquid) to strain through while retaining the thicker yogurt base. The Greek yogurt you buy in the store is strained just the same, making it thicker, sweeter and with more protein. I use this cheesecloth by cutting it into a large enough square to line a colander, put the colander in a bowl and spoon some yogurt in. I leave the bowl in the fridge and remove the yogurt from the cheesecloth lined colander with a spoon when it reaches its desired thickness. And because of the fabric-like weave of this cheesecloth, I am able to reuse the same piece multiple times. Simply rinse it out thoroughly with water in a clean bowl, keep changing the water until its clear (don't use soap) and hang to dry. Every several uses, I'll let the cheesecloth soak in baking soda and water to protect against any odors. Then after a while, I cut off a new square of cheesecloth to use. This cheesecloth will fray, like most fabrics, so cutting it with pinking shears can help control the stringy edges if you have them. If not, regular scissors (clean for kitchen use) are fine. I've used this brand of cheesecloth for a few years now making Greek yogurt and I'm very happy with the quality!

Good quality but too narrow for my needs
It is too small for the purpose so I have to return it.
