Well its me again making another review. This time its on my new Pyle Electro Resophonic Acoustic Electric Guitar. 1st The boxing seemed to be pretty standard until I opened it then I was impressed. The guitar was its a foam case for protection WOW! I've never had that before but sweet. As I pulled it from it foam its Sarcophagus it was in its gig bag rapped in foam. Ok this guitar is amazing. Looks beautiful. And after a bit of tuning sounds perfect without the amp. I haven't hooked it up yet so still something to play with. This is my 4th guitar and will offer that Spanish sound Im looking for. It came with a tuner, strap, gig bag and few month free lessons from Pyle. So I'm very happy with this guitar. Saved me a bunch of money and still got the great looks great sound and incredible quality of Pyle. Thank you

Been wanting a resonator for some time and at this price I couldn't pass it up. Sounds good, easy to play, good action but still high enough to use a slide. Built in electronics work well, no feedback and good sound. Came completely set up just needed to be tuned up. Be sure to check all fittings to be sure they are tight. Could use an upgrade on tuners but other than that a good guitar and awesome deal. Very happy

The only issues I have with the instrument is that the fit and finish is not what I would like it to be. I did read the reviews on this instrument before I bought it and was not surprised when mine had issues. The issues that I have are, that the bridge is set way too high and therefore the intonation is at least a half step off at the twelfth fret!!! Speaking of frets, they are sharp and need to be filed down so they won’t cut you. Banding between the fretboard and the neck has a little crack in it that is really sharp also and it cut my finger! So I’m going to have to take it to a guitar store and pay to have a proper setup done on it. Thankfully I play only slide guitar on it and can wait to repair it It’s a great looking dobro and sounds great with the slide! The onboard effects work great and are easy to use. The tuner that they give you is pretty cheap, but better than nothing.

So far so good! It tuned up nice and easy and seems to hold tune really well. It is overall a great looking instrument and the fir and finish is top notch. No checks or dings, finish is gloss and smooth. The tuners are tight and smooth and the sound is butter. I will update in about a month or so.

I got the guitar on the day it was supposed to arrive. Was packed in a form fitting closed cell styrene shell, a guitar box and a shipping box. Just had to tune it and go. Everything works as it should. Weight is good. Rings nice. I read another review that complained about intonation. There is no issue with that on this unit. Good all the way to the 15th fret which is where the body starts. Another review said the gig bag was insufficient. That is not a far cry from the truth. This guitar needs a better system to carry it as the bag provides very little protection. The molded styrene looks like it might be redesigned into a decent case with a little imagination. The gig bag did have paint splashes on it from a poor application of the "PyleUSA" logo which is stenciled on the front of the bag. I removed the offending paint with a wire brush and a few minutes of work. This sems like it is going to be a very nice addition to my collection and may well rise to my go to axe.

The tone is excellent.The finish is really beautiful; there was some resin of adhesive that I buffed out of the front and metal plate.The action is not great, but acceptable and I do hear some fret buzz especially on the low E.The only other criticism is that the instruction manual does not include instruction on the panel set up and controls.Great value for the money.

This is a great guitar at a great price. The action is excellent, as is the sound quality both acoustically and with the electronics. It also appears to be quality made and has a beautiful finish. Very happy with it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend getting one.

I have bought three other guitar bundles at or below this price, and every one had excellent intonation. This guitar started showing bad intonation at fret 6 and got progressively worse as I approached fret 12, registering up to a half tone sharp on a good tuner, in comparison to being in tune open through the first few frets. I refuse to take a brand new guitar to a luthier for service that would probably double its price. Additionally, the high E string broke when I was tuning it, and I had to replace that string the same day it was delivered, which is unacceptable. Thankfully Amazon refunded me.

It' a. very Nice guitar, the varnish is bright too. More i could expect after I rode the comments. It's pleasant to play and it's sound great !

Happy with this Resonator guitar/dobro, For the money I think it was well spent, only issue I have is the high E slides off the bridge if I pick with even a little energy, I will try and make a fix for that, but overall, I am impressed, I Think it is priced from well to undervalued? The media could not be loaded. I read all the reviews before I bought this and they were all so good I decided to go ahead but now I’m sending it right back! I own a guitar restoration and repair shop and have seen it all but the first 6 frets on this guitar have notches under both the hig E string and the B string!I thought ok, I can re-crown them etc but then I plugged it in and OMG is it ever crappy! My video says it all really! I could NEVER play this in a bar or an open mic etc. oh well, let’s see if they can send me a good one before I actually return this one!
