Works great allowing me to listen to TV thru my bluetooth speakers.
My TV has a digital audio output, but not a good bluetooth output. My surround sound system has a digital audio input but no bluetooth output. This device is basically a digital audio hub which allows me to send the audio to both my surround sound system and to a MEE Bluetooth Connect audio transmitter and on to my bluetooth EarPods. So If I want to listen to just my surround sound system I can do that. Or if I don't want to disturb anyone, I can mute my surround sound system and just play the audio through my EarPods. It is the best solution I could find and it is works very well.

Works to split optical outlet on older tv
Works well to split optical outlet from one to two for headphones for older tv. We also needed a splitter for USBA plug for headphone receiver we ordered, but already had one on hand. I suggest you see if you need both for your TV like we did.

A very simple solution.
I did not know they made this device. Now I can use my headphones and the tv sound bar at the same time. Extremely easy to connect.

Works Fine with WiiM Mini
I used this splitter to divide the single optical out on the WiiM mini into three, allowing connection to three different amplifiers.The build quality isn’t great, as none of the three optical outs comes with an anti-dust cover, which is a standard feature dropped only in the most corner-cutting implementations. Additionally, a power adapter is not included; they only provide a USB cable. Another issue is that the device uses a DC barrel connector instead of a standard USB-C connector, so it will only work with the provided USB to DC cable, which is not that common to find in case it’s lost or broken.Overall, it’s a workable solution, but I’m not pleased with the overall quality of this product.
