Best travel mug you will ever find
Best on the market. This travel mug will keep your drinks hot or cold for longer from my experience when teaching/training.The mechanism to allow your drink to flow is perfect, just press the button and hold and the smaller hole on the top allows enough liquid to come out instead of others that cause spillage over your clothes. Then button is on a strong spring so closes itself, no more knocking your mug over and spilling drink everywhere. This mug fits in all cup holder and has also been used in my cup holder whilst playing golf. My reason for purchase is simple, I needed another newer looking mug, the other (identical) mug has a few war scars but has lasted longer than every mug before.

Great looking mug that is easy to clean
After trying countless travel coffee mugs from cheap to expensive, I really disliked how hard all of them were to clean. This mug is incredibly easy to keep clean and looks great. Since I seen the pain chips on the coloured versions, I went with the stainless steel which means no paint to chip. The only issue I have is the fact that there isn’t an official way to drink out of this cup without pressing the autoseal button. I find it strange having to press the button every time I want a sip. I find holding my cup so high up odd and since I usually drink my coffee while seated down and not actually travelling, I wish there was a way to lock the cup into an open position for when you aren’t worried about the spilling aspect. The spout is comfortable. I think someone with dexterity issues will struggle to use this cup as the button requires a bit of strength to keep pressed in. While it is easy to use I think some with weaker fingers will struggle. I’m going to try using the cup with the lid in the cleaning open position to see if I can drink without having to press the button every time. The lid mechanism seems to be robust but I am yet to see how it manages after a longer period of use.I would recommend this to anyone on the go, but be aware of the button and the need of pressing it every time you want a drink and keeping it pressed in whilst you are drinking. While this seems like a great idea for travelling, I’m find it more of a nuisance.

Great locking system
It almost holds a 500ml bottle of water.Great lid that keeps the straw clean and a brilliant locking device which means it can't be accidentally opened in your bag.Keeps my water at my ideal temperature and great for hiking with the dog, I just unscrew the lid and pour into the dog bowl so she can have a cool drink too.Doesn't leak and looks great.

Flaking paint/covering of the cup
Good cup, keeps drinks hot and is secure with no spills.Only issue is the black paint/covering on the outside of the mug is flaking and pealing off even though it states good for dishwasher it doesn't seem to like that, or hot water too much.

Does what it says on the tin (cup!)
I'd already bought a flip-top lid cup by this brand (it was on offer, so it was worth a punt) which I used for water, and was thoroughly impressed by how long as much ice as can fit inside would last, especially as I keep pouring fizzy water over it. The current record of at least one cube able to chink against the inside of the mug is just shy of 9 hours - gone midnight! During a heatwave! Obviously, this brand has thoroughly impressed me.I have a disability which leaves me only able to sit on my bed for the majority of the day, and I have an annoying habit of dropping my coffee. Obviously, this can be a tad painful, not to mention messy and expensive (dry cleaning... Yeesh). I didn't want to use my water cup, so I looked up different styles of "small-t thermos" mugs by this brand. Saw that this one not only has a leakproof lid like the other, but it shuts if you're not holding it open. It's not cheap, but after being so pleased with the first mug, I got it.Yes, my shaky hand has tested it, and yes, it's perfect! What's also great about this brand is that unlike a typical flask, it's metal inside, not glass, which is even better for such a klutz like me.I had to go out the other day in the morning (still during the heatwave) and wasn't sure if I'd want my water or a strong coffee as I was going to be waiting for someone for over an hour. Packed both in my bag right next to each other (drank from both in the end), and got home with some cold water & hot coffee still totally inside their own cups, not as much as a drip from either in my bag - a "sling over your shoulder" type bag, so I wasn't being careful - and no "temperature sharing" between them as I've had from the cheap, plastic (though very functional to be fair) lidded mugs I've had for years. The only thing you need to be aware of is there will probably be a couple of ml of liquid sitting on top of the "lock" which covers the hole you drink out of. A quick sip after shutting the lid sorts it out.I know that this isn't a cheap option, but it's the cheap options which have let me down in the past. Given how often I needed to replace them because the "hatch" which slides to cover the hole loses its ability to make a good seal, this is turning out to be very much worth its cost if only for that. The fact that I have dozed off for a few hours after making a coffee, and woken to a still hot drink is fantastic. I've even deliberately made a drink around 12am for when I'd had to get up at 6. Definitely was still hot enough to drink! Though I wouldn't leave coffee longer due to its own deteriorating quality of taste over time, but that's just personal taste and nothing to do with the mug. It's not *as* hot as on making, obviously, but definitely drinkable - and be cautious with the first sip because it might surprise you with how hot it might be!I honestly couldn't be happier! I even love the burgundy colour :D(And no, I promise I don't work for them!)

Not stainless steel, poorly packaged
Didn't even get a chance to test it as it was packaged with a label stuck directly on the body of the flask which has left a horrible mark and ruined it. Clearly not stainless steel if a label has damaged it..
