A friend holds world patent rights on phycocyanobilin, the primary "active" in spirulina and recommended this brand. The friend says he has no connection, financial or otherwise, with the brand. I find that this product helps with energy, immunity, skin issues.

It's virtually flavorless, as spirulina should be. Therefore it's very easy to mix in juice or smoothies with any flavor you prefer .It is on the expensive side. However, if you do research and want to know where your products really come from and how they are produced you will quickly learn that you get what you pay for! As far as I can tell this company has a good reputation and production system, eg, they produce their own product. This is not a white label product of unknown origin. This is what you are paying for.

Tastes gross and smells weird so drink it in some juice, but this stuff is fantastic. I’ve noticed an improvement in my energy and gut health, I take it daily and won’t stop— love it.

Add a spoonful of this product to a smoothie and from my experience my digestion and overall vibrancy feels energized. For me this product is a must have and I have been using it for quite some time! Always remember to consult with your doctor when adding supplements to your diet.

Can’t even rate the product itself because it came in the mail completely shattered and all over the place. Once I saw there was no returns or replacements on this item I was going to try to save as much powder as I could but there were too many tiny shards of glass in it. With only one thin protective sleeve around it, it is not packaged properly with it being a glass bottle and if you know how hard it is to clean this powder up, it took me about 30 minutes since it went everywhere.

The powder doesn’t taste as bad as I was expecting a green powder to taste! I love throwing it in my smoothies in the morning

I’m giving this a three simply because the taste I know that the health benefits will be worth it. I was recommended this product because I recently had Lasik and someone I know drink this in their tea and it helped with their eyes so I decided to cop a bottle. tasting it for the first time I think it is absolutely disgusting if anyone here has any ideas on how to drink this supplement so I cannot taste it. Please let me know.
