Nice smell
Buy it by the big bottle now so I don’t run out. Two different types of parrots and both seem to not mind it. Greatly helps in dry winter indoor air from wood stove. They both still take extra water baths when they want.

Sprain nozzle, attached to bottle is cheap and broke right away
The sprain nozzle where it attaches to the bottle was broken when I got it. Also, I didn’t know that you couldn’t spray it near their eyes and head in general.. I think that is great with this product, but there is no way I can spray my bird without getting it around our face. I just use warm water.

Great Product, but leaked through the box during shipping
Received a partial bottle because it leaked through the shipping box, box was damaged as well. My only option through Amazon was to PAY to have it returned and then a full refund would be issued. So I guess I paid for a full bottle but get to keep a partial…. 😠The product itself is really good, this was my second purchase. It naturally smells pleasant from the preen gland oil and my Amazon loves it.UPDATE: after my review, company contacted me and gave a full refund - will order again, thank you!

Blindness and asphyxia risk
The exact chemical ingredients of this product and the instructions how to use it, were hiding on purpose when I placed this order. According to the manufacturer I have to cover the bird eyes and nares. This instruction is printed on the other side of the bottle. Who in his right mind is going to do this when the bird is a wild parrot that can cut my finger and send me to the hospital ?. This product represents an asphyxia and blindness risk for the bird.
