It is a very elegant looking and well made product. Funnily, I thought I was buying a cafetiere, so I was a bit surprised when I got it. But decided to give it a go anyway. It definitely works as a milk frother, works with lactose free milk as well. I might find other uses for it too, I suspect - like filtering the pulp from a freshly squeezed juice, for example. The frother is easy to clean and comfortable to handle. I don't regret buying it by mistake. :)The customer service is excellent! I received answers to questions every time within hours. And I got a gift in the post - another lovely little products, for purchasing the frother in the first place! I am very impressed so far with this seller.

It's a beautiful milk frothing jug and makes a fantastic froth. It's so frothy that you have to get use to it and adjust from previous tools used to get a barista type coffee at home. It looks fab on a shelf in my new kitchen too. You certainly pay for what you get sometimes. Most pleased indeed !

I like this product, it works well overall for frothing milk although I find the milk has to be heated first, the glass is a wee bit fragile, it cracked very easily only. a few weeks after I bought it. I am now having to buy a second one and I am hoping it does not happen again.

Froth wise this was really good. However the glass broke after 2 weeks of use. Not sure why they make them so flimsy, not happy and wont buy similar again.

Amazing product in every way other tham we've bought 2 and the glass broke on both within a few months. Didn't knock them.just weak glass. Such a shame as they were great in every other respect.
