Pregnancy probiotic
I took this probiotic for a month prior to the group b swab because a lot of women recommended this to test negative. It worked for me. I can't say if I would have been positive without it, but to me it was worth taking to avoid antibiotics during labor.

Caused stomach cramps and pain.
I have taken a number of probiotics for pregnancy and this is the first time it caused me so much discomfort. I experienced severe stomach cramps and pain, which immediately went away when I discontinued this. There is another brand that I purchased on Amazon previously and it worked better for me. Two stars because it’s not returnable and my reaction could be unique to me. Do not recommend.
