Great size!
I am a master jeweler, have been for decades now. Unfortunately Ferris doesn't make a large pickle pot any more and I need a new one. A 12oz Ferris (which I do have) is now between $135 to $175 dollars and too small for many of my projects. A kitchen crock pot doesn't give me that feeling of quality (or size) I want in my shop. This one is good quality, a great mid size and at a fair price (especially with the two add-on incentives). Plus Eurotool has been around for over 40 years and is a good company. I think this is a great addition to any jewelry workshop.

seriously livid about this product
I cannot express how furious I am about this product. this item left a disgusting mess in my garage after one use. I tried to pickle copper (intended use) and got this disgusting mess as a result. I did not feel safe touching the item, packaging it up and sending it through the postal service where someone else would have to touch it so I contacted amazon relating my experience. They told me it's perfectly fine and they would refund me without my having to return the item. A week passes and I get no refund so I contact them again. they put a refund request through and this time it is denied and they can't do anything about it. I expressed to them that I have thrown the item away as I said I would the first time I contacted them as I don't feel safe touching this mess. IT SMELLED INCREDIBLY BAD. Seriously hard to explain. I put on several masks, gloves and an apron just to come near it. this is seriously unacceptable to sell this product. I have no idea what happened as I followed the direction so I am really upset that they can't give me a refund after they said they would and since I had such a horrible experience. Stay away especially if you have childen. This stuff is toxic. I got a small crock pot later on and use citric acid. smells better, works better and doesn't leave nasty toxic sludge behind. unbelievable!
