These seem to work very good so far. Specifically the metatarsal support is adequate . Quite a bit cheaper then some other insoles out there.

This is the second I have purchased, The pair I purchased was right after a knee injury. I had been having bad pain in by back for a long time and pain in my knee was when I decided to try something out, I bought these and when they arrived they fit in my shoes perfectly. It took a few days after wearing the insoles in my shoes to start to really notice a difference, but my back stopped hurting and my knee has not bothered me. I decided to purchase another pair for my new shoes and love these.My first pair has lasted me for about a year so they hold up well.

Bought two sets of insoles to address a need for support for my instep and metatarsals due to gout and osteoarthritis. They're sized so no trimming was necessary, which is a nice touch. One set focused on arch support for plantar fasciitis, while the other set focused on metatarsal support, though both sets included both areas in their descriptions. Arch support seemed largely the same. Principal difference was one set had greater support around the ball of the foot by the big toe, while the other had more around the little toe. One problem I encountered was they raised my foot in my shoe, which put pressure on my instep and created irritation and pain, but this subsided after a break-in period of a few days. They're a bit more expensive that more popular consumer brands, but I'm guessing they'll last longer.

Highly recommend. These make my poor feet feel like they are brand new. The pain went away, and I can now walk almost 100% normal. Recommended by my foot doctor. WOW

Inserts work well.Transferable to other pairs of foot wear. The actual insert is very rugged and durable. My foot pain has responded well.

My feet were killing me after rounds of golf (using a cart!). My wife is an avid user of orthotics and bought me my first pair of these for my $200 golf shoes. So, I replaced the shoes’ insoles with these. At first, it seemed the arch support was in the wrong place and too tall. But, within minutes, my foot adapted and they felt very comfortable. My feet feel much better after golf! Bought two more pairs for other golf shoes. Not cheap, but they work.Update: The price of these things has skyrocketed. Should be $29.99, now almost $50. They work, but Wow!

I am 58 yrs old and have had fallen arches for years that have been slowly progressing. I am very active as an avid hiker and only wear the best shoes/boots as I want to continue well after I retire. Over the past year I have developed worsening ankle pain with walking. I made a podiatry appointment and he recommended Powerstep insoles, specifically this model for my foot/ankle issues. I had used Superfeet insoles in the past with minimal improvement, so was skeptical. He stated he no longer used Superfeet for that reason. Now my feet feel fantastic and my ankle pain went away! I was able to go backpacking (12 miles one day) with no discomfort in my feet or ankles. I now own six sets of these insoles and wear them daily. Cannot recommend then high enough!

The metatarsal pad is not properly locatedIt is supposed to be immediately behind metatarsal heads but instead it is in the middle right underneath the arch areaDoesn’t do anything to relieve ball of foot pressure
