Great alternative to gels. Texture is like the best Turkish Delight, flavours are good and strong enough to get the flavour for a few minutes after eating. The Citrus and Ginger flavour is really good - but you must like the taste if stem ginger. Really impressed and used for a140k off road sportive, the HONC, 8500ft of elevation and these kept me going.

Best energy chews I’ve tried!
I’ve tried lots of energy chews/gels etc to fuel my long cycling runs.This has the perfect consistency for me- not messy or sticky- not difficult to chew. Just the right amount of softness and so easy to chew and digest.I use these all the time now and have had great results with them.I highly recommend them and the other products are great too!

I'm convinced they work. Simple as that.
Tasty, and a good 'slow burn' chew, (although more like eating a jelly cube.) Walked the South Downs Way on these (and their companion bars), over a period of ten days. The conditions on the walk were brutal... rained heavily for four days, cold and rainy on four other days too. I nearly gave up twice, but kept going despite the sagging spirits and exhaustion of battling with the conditions. It's hard to know what impact these had on that walk, but I'm convinced they added something to my stamina I didn't have. 4/5 for the simple reason they can get stuck to the cardboard tray if they get a little warm in your pocket or backpack. Would definitely buy again.

These taste good but are in awkward packaging
I used these for running during my long runs. They taste good and have an ok texture, a bit like soft Turkish delight. They are hard to open and difficult to get out of the packet, I didn't need all 6 segments, so ended up carrying surplus supplies.
