I love how, these are small capsules.Which makes it Super Easy to Swallow!I also, love how they were made in the USA and 100% Satisfaction Gaaranteed.My daughter and Myself, both were in need of a B-Complex. The problem is, my daughter has a hard time swallowing pills and she can not take things that are to large. When choosing supplements there are a few important things to look at due to poor regulations of the supplement industries. I would never get a supplement without doing some research, most of which can be done by looking closely at the label. Some thing you want to look for are:NSF/Consumer Labs/USP - 3rd party testing to ensure the vitamins/minerals listed are actually in the supplement and to ensure that the dosages of those vitamins/minerals are in fact what you're getting. This supplement states its 3rd party tested, but doesn't state by who which is something to note.GMP - Ensures that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. This is GMP certified.Main ingredients - look for bioavailable, well absorbable forms. Example: Vitamin b12 could be listed as Methylcobalamin, Adenosylcobalamin, Cyanocobalamin, Hydroxocobalamin. Methylcobalamin is in this supplement and considered a well absorbed form.Other ingredients - look for fillers (cellulose, gelatin, stearic acid, stearate, silicon dioxide, etc) , additives, gluten/dairy/yeast/etc if your diet is intolerant. This supplement has no additional ingredients aside from the vegetable capsule which is great!Type - I've always been told by my doctors that capsules w/powder or oils are better digested than the compacted tablets. I try to stick to these forms when choosing pills.Overall this seems to be a pretty good supplement. I can't find anything on the internet about this seller, but they do seem to have additional supplements in their Amazon store. I'm a big fan of trying to get your vitamins and minerals through diet, but when needed, supplements are great for deficiencies. I had no issues with taking this medication. I don't plan to keep using it though b/c I would like additional b vitamins such as B1 (thiamine), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B7 (biotin), B9 (folic acid)

After having some blood tests done I was told I needed to start taking a supplement to raise my folic acid level. My old b complex apparently wasn't doing enough, so I gave these a try, in hopes this form of folate would be more easily absorbed. The follow up blood tests have shown a significant rise in folic acid, still on the low end but no longer considered deficient. I haven't been taking them for very long, so I didn't expect much, but it's nice to know they're making a measurable difference already. I haven't noticed an increase in energy and I'm still anemic, but my iron levels are also low and these pills can't fix that.A side benefit has been how much easier these are to take than my old b complex pills. Those were large and tasted gross, and to be honest I probably didn't take them as often as I should have because of that. I haven't had any problems taking these every day.

My husband has autoimmune issues including fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. We have been reading up on5-MTHF and the use of B complex for fatigue. He is very sensitive to capsules and coatings and this one didn't bother him at all. The capsules are very tiny and easy to swallow. I really like that there are no fillers, binders, preservatives, sweeteners, artificial colors, or common allergens such as gluten, soy, wheat, lactose, milk & yeast. My husband tolerated this fine and we should know in a couple of weeks, with daily use if his energy improves. I plan to order more if he continues to tolerate this okay. We were thrilled to find this.

I’m honestly torn on how to write this review. I will start by saying that I discontinued my normal Vitamin B in order to try these, and that these seem to work nearly as well. My energy levels did not plummet, although they aren’t quite as high. Still, I was still able to get through the day and I had no nausea or side effects. They had no flavor at all and are about the tiniest pills I have ever seen - please see picture. They are hardly bigger than a sunflower seed!!But I have to say that the claimed dosage on the bottle seems awfully high, especially for such a tiny pill. They have no niacin, so I can’t judge effectiveness by whether or not I get a niacin flush. I will say that I notice little to no difference from my “regular” B complex, which has...well, let’s see... genuinely 10 times *less* B12 (100 mcg vs 1000 mcg). The Life Strength does include Glycine (see picture of label), which does help make the antioxidant glutathione and is basically good for you, like any amino acid, but that’a ALL it contains, not “amino acids”, plural. And I don’t see any Choline, Inositol, Pantothenic Acid or the like. Or Thiamin or Biotin. So it is not a complete B balance supplement. Perhaps that’s how the pill came to be so small.Hm.
