These wireless headphones are awesome. For the price, totally worth it. I work an 8 hour shift 5 days a week. I believe the battery life is 10 hours. While I’m on break I put them on charge or turn the power off to save energy. They hold a charge very well & fast. I would highly recommend if you want something that’s comfortable, hands free & great quality. The sound is perfect too.

After getting, and loving, the wired version of this headset (the Poly Blackwire 5220), I elected to get this headset as the wireless version, because though the wired version solved the problems I was having getting other headsets to connect via blue tooth, I didn't particularly enjoy always being tethered to a wire all the time, either!When I ordered this, I didn't realize it wasn't a pure blue tooth, but rather operated on a FOB; initially, I rolled my eyes, because USB ports are prime real estate on laptops these days, but I have to say that having the FOB connected is actually a tremendous blessing, because now I have what's tantamount to a dedicated line that can't fall prey to blue tooth connect failures, and actually, it doesn't connect via blue tooth at all, at least on my lap top; instead, it comes through the audio icon, where one controls the speakers. This means I can toggle between wired and wireless without having to deal with the blue tooth conundrum at all! Mission accomplished!Yes, the headset is both quality and comfortable; Plantronics makes an excellent product, and I've never been disappointed with this brand! I do recommend it, and I'd have to say that the customer service provided by vendor, Knox, was exceptional!Thanks to all for providing an exceptional consumer experience!May God continue to bless the free market of capitalism that incentivizes people to innovate and earn the business of consumers, making all of our lives qualitatively better in so many ways!

Received a headset with a lot of issues, battery runs out in a couple of hours. Audio works sometimes, most times is cutting in and out. And the headset will disconnect from computer. They definitely did not inspect this one headset and just went ahead mail it over. I definitely paid for what I got!

I bought this Poly headset to replace my 2-year-old Jabra headset, which had broken due to weak hinge construction. The Poly appealed to be because of a different hinge design that's less likely to break from usage. Additional pluses:Pros: Noise cancellation is amazing, particularly for an on-ear headset. It comes with ANC, but I rarely turn it on because I find that just having the headset on blocks around 20db of outside noise. Battery life is also good -- 5-6 hours of meetings -- and the audio and led signals about battery are helpful. The on-off switch is well-placed to let you turn the headset on and off without taking it off. It even works acceptably with native laptop (Dell) bluetooth, although you definitely get better signal with the dongle.Cons: the short boom combined with limited mic volume control mean that your voice can be very soft on call systems that don't have mic volume adjustment, like Meet. Also, physical mute is controlled by pressing the right earpiece, which means you mute yourself by accident putting them on.Unknowns: have not tried to use it with my phone.Overall: happy with purchase, if these were stolen I'd probably buy a replacement of the same model.

It's a very comfortable headset. The sound is great. The features are nice.When you start it up, it helpfully tells you how much battery it has left. Nice. But it lies. It will tell you you have 8 hours left, and then 45 minutes into your meeting, it will tell you the battery is low.That makes it impossible to plan charging - if it says you have 8 hours left you're not going to charge it before your meeting, you're going to assume 8 hours means at least an hour or two ... not 45 minutes.

Plantronics, or Ploy, does an incredible job with making audio equipment for work environments. I bought different ones before these and they were ...ok... annoying actually and I bought these two days later and these are designed for office or home offices. When you see "plug n play" normally you have to do other steps but not with these. They are plug n play. The moment you plug them in just make sure the headset is selected in your phone system and DONE it's ready to go. They are comfortable and easy to use as well. Im on calls all day and have back and forth conversations and I dont have time to figure what does what. The volume controls are easy and the mic button is in the perfect spot. I use them all day and no issues with battery life. The ear pieces isolate your audio from outside noises well but its not perfect. Ill be keeping these and sending the other back.

I had the wired version and wanted to be free of the cord. I bought the legend before, but didn't addapt to using on one ear only. I confess I have bought not so expensive options before too but none has this quality. It perfectly cancels background noise. For home office and even working at the office near other people is simply the best option.The battery lasts 2 full days tops (turned on 8 full hours). But it is not a problem. A just charge it overnight.The case is perfect with an internal pocket for the USB adaptor.It works directly with bluetooth or using the bluetooth adaptor which is better for me because of the security configurations of my corporate notebook.It is expensive, but is the best option.
