My Favorite Pepper Flakes
I put the pepper flakes in so many dishes since I like spicy food. I prefer these to the original red pepper shake. It jazzes up my chili, and I just love to have it around. I never want to run out of it.

Not an ancient Chinese secret anymore...lol
This is that extra something flavor you can't quite identify in Asian carryout! It adds extra heat to any dish. we use it as a finishing touch when serving, so it can be adjusted to personal taste!

MADE IN CHINA WEAK TASTE POSSIBLY DYED
This product says it’s Korean it’s made in China. The taste is weak and it possibly contains a dye that is banned. You also can’t return these if not satisfied buyer beware. I’m tossing them.

regular dried red chilies will be better. These are mild
Yum but not spicy at all, which is ok. If it’s heat you’re after, regular dried red chilies will be better. These are mild, delicate even, in flavor.

Decent Hot Pepper Flake
My son and I are hot pepper lovers. What ever my wonderful wife makes, we make it hotter. These Chili Pepper Flakes ARE hotter than the ones you can get at the super market, but still not really hot. They do add a distinct good flavor to what ever you put it on and the flavor does not distract from the foods flavor. The product comes in a tall dispenser and is of good quality and there is a lot of pepper flakes in it. It would be great for making Kimchee or any other Asian food. It does give a bit spice to your food, and I do recommend it just for the kick it gives.

Flavorful but not scorching hot!
Love my Korean red chili powder/flakes. It's flavor is yummy and not too hot but hot enough. It is a great seasoning for fish, I also make water kefir and I use a bit to give my kefir additional flavor and zip.
